Please provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. This enables us time to allocate the time initially reserved for you to another client who may be on a cancellation or waiting list for an appointment. A cancellation fee of $80 will be charged for non attendance or if the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time.

It is understandable that sometimes you may be unable to attend an appointment due to sudden illness or an unexpected emergency. If this is the case, please contact us as soon as possible to explain the situation.
